Russia Ukraine War:

Russian forces targeting eastern Donbas at the cost of Russian economy , Russian unemployment. Americas military support can play some role for saving Ukraine , but its not guaranteed.

United States cliam for Afghanistan failed for military defence against Taliban if the same happens in case of Ukraine, then Russia’s territory will engulfing entire Ukraine.

Apart from Joe Biden’s military weapon support Ukrain,  military of  Ukraine needs lot of physical support, for instance knee pain is common among soldiers, so in that case soldiers need knee case.

Till today Russia is winning this war, regardless of poor war conditions since last 100 days with minimal food source. Keto diet is highly recommended for both Russian and Ukrainian soldiers.
